:: General Conditions for reservations

All reservations made from the web site www.smk-camps.com are subject to the following conditions (save express written agreements signed by SMK snowboard®).

Prices

All prices published in this website include 16% VAT applicable to all sales made within the European Union. All prices published on this website include cashing commissions.

Prices include bed linen, towels and initial and final cleaning of the rooms. During weekly stays there will be a midweek cleaning service. There is no daily room service.

Prices do not include local taxes. These must be paid at the hotel before you access the room.

A refundable damage deposit of 50 € must also be given before you access the room. It will be given back to you after check out.

Reservations

In order to make a reservation you must complete the online reservation procedure which you can find on the Reservation section of our website and pay 50% of the total price of your stay or package. This amount is non-refundable with no exception. We recommend you have a travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage for these cases.

The rest of the amount of your stay or package must be paid once you arrive at the hotel before you get your keys.

Payment Method

Payment method available is credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard) using our secure 4B servers.
Reservation is thus confirmed on real time.

Legislation applicable

Spanish Law is applicable to these General Conditions. The client agrees to know and accept these general conditions.

SMK snowboard®, SLNE ensures security and privacy of all personal data collected from its web. All data concerning our clients will be collected and stored digitally in order to facilitate order delivery and send special offers to our clients in the future.

According to Spanish Law, especially Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de Diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal , any client of SMK snowboard®, SL will have the right to access, modify or eliminate data regarding him/her from our data-base.
