In order to make a reservation you must complete the online reservation procedure which you can find on the Contact and Booking section of our website and pay 50% of the total price of your stay or package. This amount is non-refundable with no exception. We recommend you have a travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage for these cases.
The rest of the amount of your stay or package must be paid once you arrive at the hotel before you get your keys.
